Pele&Sal doesn’t accept any returns, only exchanges.

To exchange an item, the customer should contact Pele&Sal within seven business days after receiving the order. This will only be accepted if the items are still in its original conditions, with tags and original package.

If these requirements are not fulfilled, Pele&Sal has the right to not exchange the referred item.

To proceed to the exchange, an email will have to be sent to info@peleesal.com referring the model, color and size of the item the customer would like to exchange the first one for.

The shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and Pele&Sal cannot be responsible for eventual losses in this process. However, Pele&Sal will support the shipping costs in case of an internal error – shipment of the wrong item or shipment of a damaged item.

Pele&Sal will ship the item, if in stock, within five business days after receiving the first ordered item.

The value of the exchange will always have to be equal or superior to the one of the first order, for this to be accepted and processed.
